Our accommodation

We offer three twin/ double rooms, one with en-suite facilities, the other two with adjoining private bathroom and toilet.

Each room has tea/ coffee facilities and comfortable beds overlooking fields. A full english breakfast is included in the cost of the room and is freshly cooked using sausage & bacon from the rare breeds butcher in the local village. The nearest village (Balsall Common, 3 mins by car) has many restaurants, take-away's and traditional english pubs.

All rooms have access to a fridge, iron and hair dryer. We have a private dining room/ sitting room with a television and table, we also offer Wi-Fi Internet access.

Our bed and breakfast is non-smoking.
